I think Zachary is a o k guy, but not a communicator. Never returns calls, unable to resolve issues with equipment if downloads don't resolve. I am stuck with a stereo that locks up, to unlock, reset button must be pushed, that wipes out all memory, very frustrating. Kenwood KDC-X998 sucks.
