I have shared my story about this company to make everyone aware of what they did to me. First, I am not paid to post a review, I am doing this because I do not want other consumers to go through what I went through. My glove box is broken, screws are missing, my speakers go in and out, and tint is peeling. One would think that this happened over time, no in a matter of days. I will never take any of my vehicles to this location again. Tint peeling, speakers going out, parts on car broken, lies and more lies. All this in less than three months.
I purchased a new touchscreen DVD/radio for my Toyota from Audio Plus. The pricing was good, and the service was outstanding! They completed the job quickly and on time. The installation was top-notch (it looks like a factory installation). The owner (Rob) works closely with his customers, and the installer (Louis) was very personable. Great place for stereo and alarm work. Fast, honest and best of all competent!
I took my car there after reading the positive reviews on this website. When I called, I was told on the phone that there would be a $25 fee to have my audio system looked at. I was also told that if the repairs could be made under that amount they would make them, and that if the needed repairs exceeded this amount they would call me in advance before proceeding.
