Service is crap. They over charge and they don't do what they tell you they are going to do. If you want to be robbed of your hard earned money please go to Audio Playground. I'm not a person that complains much but when they tell you that stuff will work I expect it to work. I paid for services to be done and only 1/3 of the services work. Which they still charged me for. A couple of weeks ago I brought a 2 way remote start from Audio Playground. It is fantastic!!! I love it, it has been so amazing! It is kind of expensive, but well worth it. Great quality work :D
Reasonably priced, friendly, knowledgeable. Gene was helpful. Installed subs, amp and cap in my Genesis sedan, and I am happy with the install. Sounds great!

Amazing customer service! Everyone there went above and beyond to help me when UPS damaged my GPS unit. Got Pioneer to send me a new one after months of negotiations. They never gave up until all parties involved were satisfied. And the install was fast and flawless as well. Cannot recommend them enough. I highly suggest going there for window tinting and remote start as well. Check 'em out!
Fantastic customer service. Bought a set of 6.5" Infinity's for our new wrangler. Got them home (45 miles away) and found out they will not work with our factory covers. Called Patty up and she said bring them back, no problem. Jerry took the time to go out and see the issues and fit a different pair into our wrangler at no charge for labor. This was our first experience with Audio Playground and it was a great one. Planning on having them install a remote start in the near future. Highly recommend.
Best Shop in town for window tinting ! Very professional and friendly they have always done excellent work for me everything from window tint to remote starts to car audio no one does it better , Make sure you make an appointment because they are always super busy but you expect that when you have a lot of customers and you don't get that way by not knowing what your doing !
