Service was wonderful. Their equipment is top of the line and the installation went great.
It didn't take long for them to hook up my CD player and they did a great job too!
The old system in my car completely shorted out. They pulled the whole thing out and replaced everything. It's sounds amazing and you can't even compare it to how it used to sound. I will definitely be back here for anything to do with my sound system.
I am totally satisfied in dealing with Audi Outlet. I had prompt service, super nice people, and they were very efficient. At first they were too busy to put my radio in, but they found a way to fit me in for installation! I highly recommend them for fantastic sales and service!

I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a product of theirs and getting it installed there. While they tell you its cheap and theres a warranty for satisfaction, its all a lie. All sales are final and once they get your money, they dont care if youre happy or not. Also theyll make up excuses to absolve themselves of their warranty. As for your car, somehow it will become luxury so anticipate another $75-200 to whatever price is quoted.
