Diane is great! I was very concerned with switching providers due to other local office closing; however, I'm very pleased with the service Diane provided. She took her time and made certain mom understood everything. Mom is finally smiling and engaging in conversation again because she can hear! Thank you Diane!! Awesome work!!

Diane is great, she is professional and personal at the same time, you can tell she cares about her customers, she is knowledgable and thorough, very impressed. The only reason I gave her a 4 rating is that nobody is perfect, there is always room for improvement, even though I can't think of anywhere she needs to improve, would recommend her to anyone.
