All the problems I have had with my hearing have been solved as best they can be. Diane is very knowledgeable and very thorough with explaining everything. She had the right tips to fit into my narrow tubes. I don’t even feel like I have the hearing aids in my ears. So comfortable!! And I can hear almost normally. Thank you, Diane.
