No credibility and no respectable service All they think about is promoting their products and collecting as much money as possible by any means I bought a defective device through a highly misleading process Now customer service is denying everything simply because the warranty has expired - even though I reported the fault on the very first day after purchase The tunny part is that they even started marketing another product for me to buy Avoid it at all costs
