AVOID AT ALL COST - THESE GUYS ARE HORRIBLE – I am sorry I cannot go into this in great length as these people have taken so much of my time already. Initially it was like dealing with a bunch of shady crooks and then it got worse. The install they did on my car was horribly, nightmarish. I was required to take my car to The Specialists to repair the damage that they had done. Don't go to Audio Express – I needed a new alarm system for my car. I went in to Audio Express and priced alarms several times. Then my alarm was no longer working so I went in and bought a Code Alarm system. I was told it would be installed in a few hours, they would call, I didn't need to make an appointment and return. I went to the mall and waited (they had my car). After 4 hours I returned and my car was still being worked on. I asked how long till I can expect my car. We are busy it will be a while. I should have left when the people in line were there to complain about the poor install – I was told they do not take appointments to install equipment so if I bring it in first thing in the morning it would be one of the first out. So we had the vehicle there right at 8 AM when they open. I figured it would take maybe 6 hours at the most to install a new system, including an amp and a car alarm.
