Awesome service by the tech named Roc. Got my remote starter installed and I am beyond satisfied.

About a week ago i posted some negative comments about rok and audio dezigns in middletown..i posted these comments out if anger..rok went above and beyond what any custom stereo shop and tech would have done..not only did he stand by his installation and product he stood as a man and fixed everything that needed addressing immediatly and profesionally..i could not be more pleased...if i talked anyone out of ourchasing a system from him i apologize for being a ass..and i would definatly give him a chance if i were u...i rate... read more

Custom installed two 12" sub's in my truck, and quoted me a price more than $200 less than anyone else... Rok is a great guy, he treats you like family and knows his stuff. Second to none, I recommend to anyone.
Amazing service. My car arrived via tow just past their business hours but they said they'd take a look at it for me! Ended up being an easy fix due to a mistake by another retailer and they did it right then and got the car back to me that night!! Even brought me my keys while I was stuck at work!! Amazing customer service and super helpful! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again!!
