I am a very picky individual. After calling around to multiple Audio & Home Theater stores in Utah and multiple phone calls to several similar online stores as well, to do a Home Theater upgrade, I decided on Audio Design in Salt Lake City. Roger and his team are absolutely the best. Roger has a wealth of experience in the field, being involved in speaker companies in addition to knowing all the products. His knowledge shines through, as does his passion for getting an excellent setup for each customer. I thought I was just buying a pair of older speakers from KSL and instead I was treated to a VIP experience. I can't say enough about Roger, his team and his business, recommend them to everyone...and I'll be back.
Outstanding experience working with Roger and the the crew. They all went far, far beyond both my expectations and what is, nowadays, normal in commercial transactions, including a great house call to check on everything. I will definitely be dealing with them in the future.
