It is absolutely humiliating to wait over five hours with my 3-year-old son just to be seen. This is a recurring issue, with an endless wait every single time, but today was a complete disgrace. There is no consideration for patients whatsoever. In the end they collect their paychecks, yet show zero respect for the people they are supposed to serve, mismanaging their schedules and giving out appointments they have no intention of honoring on time.
