Walked in about 10 minutes before they closed and they greeted us like we were the first customers of the day...when I realized they were closing I apologized...which they wouldn’t accept telling me it was just fine and to take my time and eat. Couldn’t have asked for better service...or food! HIGHLY recommend!!
Visiting the area and googled best restaurants in Mackinaw City...Audie's Chippewa Restaurant had awesome reviews, so we tried it. Our meal was wonderful......my husband had the Elk and Venison Sausage and I had the panko and parmesan encrusted whitefish...both were absolutely delicious...also stopped at the bar first for a cocktail..highly recommend Audie's...we may go back tomorrow!
We had the New York Strip that was cooked perfectly and delicious, the stuffed pork chop special that came with dessert which was great food again, and for a great price, and the fried white fish which was crispy and delicious! To top it off, we were celebrating a birthday and were spoiled with their homemade maple walnut icecream which was over the top delicious. Not only was the food amazing, the service was FAST! Would DEFINITELY recommend. I will be back to eat here again!!
The Resteraunt was clean and the service was very friendly and swift. There was a nicely stocked salad bar and the cod and fries were perfect. I’ll stop back in next time I’m in the area.
