RecommendedOne of the few places in the entire state and the only one that I have found ain Mackinaw City That offer frog legs
everything. food was garbage. the "smoked porkchops and applesace" was like your below average Christmas ham. I didnt even get my applesauce. had to ask our snooty waitress for it and I got a tiny little condiment dish with applesauce. she never came back to ask if our food was good or for another drink. 2 of the creamers were so old, they were dried up to look like parmesan cheese you put on spaghetti. it was terrible.
The food was awesome and you actually almost got too much. can not say enough good things about this place.
Love the hot Turkey sandwich with the mashed potatoes. You definitely will NOT leave there hungry! Amanda was our lovely server and she really knows her job, thank you Amanda 😊

Omg! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...lasagna was nasty, hardly ate any, Mark's steak had no flavor and didnt hardly eat any and the girls' chicken strips were good but 1/2 way through they found a hair 🤮🤮 So Nasty! You better believe I was so pissed I complained & guess what they took off the bill?? The $6 chicken strips not the $22 for steak or $15 for lasagna.....ewwwwww. what a joke!
Try the Ruben or the white fish. Both are amazing. Ruben is perfect with homemade marble rye you will not be disappointed! My favorite place to stop before going to the U.P.. Also the the wait staff cannot be beat they're attentive and quick there's never a problem. Hint: I'd you hate Bridges have a gimlet before you go. The one they have is a strong enough one for that liquid courage you might need. 😊
