I had a great experience with the Traverse City Audi Care staff. Even though I didn't purchase my hearing aids from them, they were more than willing to do a in person test (I had a online test and purchased the aids directly from manufacturer) as requested by my online audiologist Jesse was very professional and personable. The testing was very thorough and a written report and audio gram was provided to me to send to my audiologist.
