Marvin was great my first time experiencing having to have hearing aids. He walked me through. He was very patient. He followed up checked on me and he gave me suggestions. Ihe was very patient and considerate.
Great experience. Marvin has been very helpful in helping me adjust to my new hearing aids. He answers all my questions and gives me the time I need. So thank you Marvin.
UPDATE: Having had a great experience with Adam Dell, I made an appointment (after my initial visit 3 years ago) to have a recheck since I found myself saying "what?" too often when my 9 year old granddaughter spoke to me. I called to book an appointment and was offered an appointment the same day. I was disappointed to find that my appointment was not with Adam, but with Marvin Anaya, who now works in the same Audibel location....However, that disappointment vanished quickly since Marvin proved to be exceptional in service ... read more
