Love going to Audible in Lake Charles because of Monica and her associates! They have good coffee and tea plenty of mints, but that’s only for my grandkids if they show up, with me. Their very thorough, very professional! I’m into my second set of hearing aids the first didn’t wear out I just wanted a better pair newer top of the line innovations and I’m loving it. Thank you so much Monica and Audible, for making it easy for me to enjoy my hearing aids!
The representative that initially tested me and assisted me from start to finish was extremely courteous and knowledgeable made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process.
