Closed office in clarmont mesa Blvd. I have to drive to other office in San Marcus for warranty work. Had to buy new set at Costco, better prices and warranty

I purchased a pair of Audibel Model A2 RIC 312 hearing aids from John in June of 2014. I chose his facility, at that time called The Audibel Hearing Center, simply because it was at a convenient location for me. It turned out to be a wise choice. John was very professional in providing the service I needed. My medical doctor had already advised me of my hearing loss and suggested that the proper hearing aids could be a great help. I have a hearing deficit in the spoken voice range. John was able to supply me with the proper hearing aids to help with this problem. What is most commendable is John's outstanding service. He worked with me adjusting my hearing aids on multiple occasions and retested my hearing so that I can now hear most spoken voices well. All at no charge after the initial purchase and I am now some 2 years out. My work requires that I hear and understand everyone who speaks to me. Now I can ! Thank you, John!
