this dealer doe not honor recalls they claimed they changed my fuel pump in 2017 it was a recall on the part they put butal tape on the fuel pump in 2017 . 2 weeks ago the fuel pump started leaking i took the car to them they said they fixed the problem in 2017 the tape was a temporally fix . now its leaking they said they will have to charge me to fix the RECALL im going to hire a lawyer my wife and children ride in the car they are the worst dont go there PLEASE
The worst car buying experience I have ever had, I paid for the car in cash too. Until the purchase is finalized the dealer is attentive and communication is good, but once the deal is done, they do not respond to emails or phone calls., It's been 2 months since they cancelled the extended warranty that I asked to cancel and I have yet to receive the refund, as well as waiting on the title and registration. Do yourself a favor KEEP AWAY from this place.
My experience was less than stellar to say the least. First, the sales person was not very knowledgeable about a car, and it was next to impossible to get answers to my questions, or answers in general over an email. Second, after agreeing on a firm price for the vehicle, I took few days to think. I even gave my credit card info to reserve a car. I can't recommend the staff at Wynnewood Audi enough. Go there now! Anthony was kind, patient, and very clear about the details of my CPO Audi Q5. He never rushed me and completely followed safety procedures, while letting me test drive a few cars. Other dealerships were too busy or wanted too much information before letting me test drive.
