From reception to service and personnel in between service is professional and timely and well-managed. Information was well-coordinated and I received texts on a timely basis to inform me of progress on my vehicle. I especially appreciated UBER service when loaners could not be available. Extra PERK...service manager also uncovered Audi Care that covered the repair! 5* all around!
