I bought a 2019 Lexus ux250h on Feb 28. I plated it that day and insured it to help them out and get the month end paperwork in. I paid list price on the condition they center the wheel and align the car. Not a problem, they said come in Tuesday and pick it up. I called late Tuesday to see when worked and they had not yet got around to it and would be awhile until they could. Service manager promised Thursday. Levels of professionalism were very good when dealing with your dealership, the only issue we have is we are still waiting for someone to come out and program her key fob. That’s one of the key fobs is not operate and we were promised to have someone come out and program this second Key fob . The individual who purchased the vehicle is Wendy Plouffe
