Stay far, far away from Audi Palm Beach. This place operates with the same sleazy, bait-and-switch tactics you'd expect from a strip-mall used car lot in 1977. I brought in an A5 Cabriolet with a specific, well-documented electrical issue — intermittent starting failures. Not a mystery, just a ghost in the machine. Was looking for a late model Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. Audi West Palm Beach had one they had just taken in on trade. Gave a call and talked to Catalina Reinhardt. Told her I was coming from 165 miles away and she gave me an honest review over the phone and was very pleasant and not pushy. Came in a day later and we sealed the deal. The Jeep was everything she said it was. Pleasant, efficient and knows what she's doing. A pleasure doing business with her!
