Great dealership, had a fantastic sales lady Catalina. She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. They have great deals. Only issue I had is they don't give any free oil changes like most dealers do.
664 miles is how long it took before my Q4 ETron was towed back to the dealer with potentially serious electrical issues. The Audi roadside took 8 hours to pick up the car. Their customer service was atrocious. When I called my appraiser that I use for used cars I’ve purchased about an appraisal for my S5 which was TBoned I told him about the ETron, he said, “I wish you would have called me first”. “Audi electric vehicles are horrible”. So VIP@ sent me an email and never responded after. Had to escalate to Audi corporate. Still never heard from Jake or Jill. Thankfully Audi Corporate helped me cancel worthless Audi Care (for a 2 year electric lease). Still never received my key chains. Door handle on rear passenger side broke, AC doesn't work right and have no trust in dealer to bring it in for serve. The ETron AC problem seems to be a known issue.
