I have been a loyal Audi customer for many years. Recently the air conditioning in my wife's well maintained car with less than 70k miles went bad, requiring parts replacements. I've been extremely disappointed with the customer service at Audi West Palm Beach. I had an issue with my car and was told three separate times that someone would call me back. After two days of calling and no one calling back. I finally had to show up in person to get any help, and even then, sat there for 40 minutes until someone could help me. I met with a service advisor and after being told they would speak to corporate and give me an answer within 5-7 business days, it’s now well past that timeframe with no follow-up.... read more

This is not really a review. However, I sent my daughter there to get an oil change and set the tire pressures ( usually part of the oil change) on a vehicle that had been sitting for little while. The vehicle was 2014 a4 convertible. My daughter was quoted $270 for an oil change when I asked if there were discounts over the phone the advisor said no.
