I had an appointment at 10am to see a bmwx5. I call at 8:45 and told them i was leaving Vero Beach at 9am. Jose said they had the car waiting for me. I received a phone call 30 minutes later after I was on my way. They said the car was sold. This was on 5/8. I noticed the car is still for sale. I emailed Jose and no one has responded. Very confused?
This was by far the best vehicle purchase experience of my life. The salesman, Tara Tulku, was friendly, informative, and totally up front with the vehicle's details and the sales process. Tara provided me with the Car Fax and a detailed report of all service performed on the vehicle by Audi following its trade-in. He accompanied me on a highway and side-road test drive, and familiarized me with the various features on the truck. Overall it was a great experience, very professional and they had complimentary snacks and drinks!
Dealership couldn’t answer my questions about the car and did not provide their inspection notes after multiple requests. Overall unhelpful and not a serious dealership.
My sales guy Jay was great. A real “car guy”! Extremely knowledgeable about the RS3 I purchased. Highly recommend.
