Ron was great. Helpful, professional and was understanding when I had a medical issue that prevented me from being able to pick up my vehicle and return the loaner.
I have taken my 2016 Audi to Inskip Audi Penske service since 2019. I have had pretty good experiences but some service staff are better than others.
