Their call-back appointment system is the most frustrating and inefficient process I’ve ever encountered. After multiple back-and-forth calls—many of which went straight to voicemail—I finally secured an appointment to bring in my 2024 Q5 (13,000 km) for brake issues. A failure like this at such low mileage is completely unacceptable.
