Got our car serviced and the guy named Austen gave us a complete walkthrough saying brakes are in good shape etc. and 2 weeks later our brakes are non operational and we end up spending a day and $2300 to replace brakes
Thank you to the outstanding team at Audi for making our experience so enjoyable. Ali was knowledgeable, professional, patient and a pleasure to deal with. Shout out to Brendon and Hunter as well. Overall a great experience. Have to add we went back to see Ali about getting a wheel repaired outside of warranty. He arranged the whole service , came and made sure we were happy , and gave us the best price he could on the repair. Again, excellent service and well done Ali.
The dealership is beautiful and everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. The cherry on the cake was Ali, he’s an artist when it comes to talking about cars and details. We were in good hands and I will be recommending him/this location to family and friends 100%.
So I got an e-tron last summer from these guys and quickly learned that BC has no cooling off period. Audi designed their evs to simulate driving gas cars. When tech components failed twice within the first few months of ownership my sales rep gave me a not so subtle indication that all the problems with the evs were not present in their gas models. DO NOT BUY. This dishonest dealer will sewer your warantee, and then lie about the facts... TO THIS DAY, They continue to lie... AUDI CANADA says that Audi Victoria will not honour their warantee... Strange, because I have never been there...SCAM !! AND now someone claiming to be Carl Monroe, Business Manager from Audi Victoria is taking issue with my honest review...
