John, Chuck and Dana are rude and unprofessional when dealing with complaints about a used car specifically a Jetta 2015 which was just purchased in late July 2018. We’ve had a number of issues with this vehicle that belongs to our young daughter and we have yet to have a satisfied response or repair to this vehicle.
