If you want to wait for 2.5 hours for an oil and air filter change this is the place to be!! Exceptional ability to charge me over $400 for the oil and air filter change. They are great at the inability to communicate. After owning 3 separate Audi vehicles, this is my last and all attributed to this crap for service dealership.
