I initially contacted Uptown Audi regarding several open recalls on my 2014 SQ5, including the power steering software recall. My power steering had stopped working, so I wanted to get the recalls addressed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, the response I received was disappointing. I was told that due to the age of the vehicle, parts might not be available, even though the recalls were still active.
