Had my car in for an oil change and an air bag recall. They did an inspection of the car and never told me I should replace my tires that day. My tires had wires sticking out of them. They put me and other people on the road in danger. I NEVER should have been allowed to leave with tires like this. 0 stars
Just had a fantastic experience with this Audi dealership. Stopped in with some questions about my new pre-owned Audi, got all those questions answered, and even a car wash. Absolutely received the A.U.D.I customer service experience and highly recommend.
I woke up with a stolen Audi in my driveway. The car had a considerable amount of damage and caused 1500 dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. I’m also stuck re coating the driveway because the Audi left impressions do to it only being on rims. After the incident I learned that the Audi was a loaner from Audi of St. Paul. I spoke to the general manager Dan Cooney in person and he assured me that all property damage would be paid for. A stolen loaner car from this dealership ended up in my driveway because their client left keys in the car and hit my roommates car and the dealership said that they would pay. After the customers insurance denied the claim the dealership said they are not paying after telling me and my roommate they would pay what lying sacks of crap.
Can’t stress how great Carl Berwald has been to work with to purchase vehicles from. Super easy, smooth transactions at our convenience. He represents the near instant, responsive service that people have come to expect of this day and age.
