I was completely disappointed in the service i received i will never be back.
The two diffrent saleman i comunicated with were amazing i only remember one of their names @jonathan crosby .the other one was ethan or nathan.They were super knowledgeable and made me feel at home..After they talked me into a beautiful car it went down hill from there....The finance department in the BMW building was unhelpful and see to take pleasure in wasting my time. After i told them i had financing secure they insisted on trying to beat the 5% i was at. After an hour they come back and said they were close at 6.5%...... read more
