Friendly and Comfortable Dealer Shop! Our salesperson Kacy Hendricks exceeded all expectations at every point in the process. They have a great selection of vehicles and marketing that facilitated locating our new car. There are no improvements for UPA. Mike and Tony exceeded our expectations 100%. Easy, friendly service! The dealerships service facility is great! It is very easy to drive in and out. Because Jordan is so quick to greet you and get you taken care of(as well as the other service advisers) there is never any traffic.
Attentive and courteous Great employees who know their stuff. Cordial, responsive, and good follow up service was great and Sidney my service advisor did a great job. Kept me well informed as to what was wrong with my vehicle. Service Manager Vic is always attentive and courteous and follows through on what he promises. I always recommend Audi Dallas; have known people who have been referred to buy a car and use your service dept.
University Park Audi was GREAT! I worked with Brett in sales. He was great. He made the purchase easy and he was fair with the trade in. I also worked with a girl named Kasey. She did a good job handling my experiences. She gave us room to breathe but was available to answer questions. I appreciated her professionalism. Awesome service department! I was only there for service on my Q7. I happened to look at the new cars, but I wasn't interested in purchasing anything at that time. It was about 6 months ago. Since that time, I've had my Q serviced at Audi Dallas. I have been very pleased with the service department, so I've decided to look at buying a new Audi from them.
Recommend and trust! I really canât say enough about Audi Dallas and their facility and services. I feel I must mention a stand out by name. Don Lambrecht walked me through the process of getting everything exactly as I wanted and ordering the car from scratch. He greeted me with a hug and handshake. He is incredible. I recommend and trust him completely.
