Kept to his word Brett was excellent to work with. He took the time to talk and listen to us. You can tell that Brett actually cared about us, also he was very honest and he kept to his word on the things he promised to do concerning the car. Even after the sale Brett is very helpful and courteous.

Outstanding! My service advisor, Jordan Windham, has been taking care of me for almost 2 years now. Its been a breath of fresh air. He always answers my calls, if he is unavailable he has given me his cell phone number so I can text message him. He also always makes sure I am taken care of. He is always on time, professional and most importantly, he is trustworthy. He knows I am an Audi enthusiast and always makes sure my car is detailed or washed when it gets worked on. He is excellent at his job!
Recommend and trust! I really canât say enough about Audi Dallas and their facility and services. I feel I must mention a stand out by name. Don Lambrecht walked me through the process of getting everything exactly as I wanted and ordering the car from scratch. He greeted me with a hug and handshake. He is incredible. I recommend and trust him completely.
Exemplary service! Convenient to my home, and the staff will fit you in when ever you need to go in. I had an appt scheduled for a different day. I found that I had some time on 12/4 so I thought I would check to see if they could take me. They were so busy, I was sure they were going to tell me to keep my appt for the different day as they were too busy to fit me in without an appt. I was wrong, not only did they fit me in, no questions asked, but they fixed some other little items that I needed done as well.
