I love Cat Cat was very good about keeping me up to date on the status of my vehicle. The loaner was great and everyone was extremely helpful with any questions I had. Sidney was great to work with! sydney who has helped me last couple times in service was excellent. she is by far the best service agent that has been employed at audi dallas since I have had my audi.

Go to Ft Worth Audi!! Better Deals! My wife and I went to this dealership we ended up talking to Debbie the "Internet sales" person. Well first off she walked up to us and said "Come On" and proceeded to walk 20 ft ahead of us. I looked at my wife with a confused look as to is this lady for real! Prompt attention to my car I was impressed with the quality of service with my last two visits to Audi. I did not have an appointment, but I was given an brief assessment of the problem with my car. Stephanie had a loaner available for my use until my repairs were completed. The repair work was really good. The had prompt service and paid attention to my needs. I appreciate the great customer service and prompt attention to my car.
Lovely service dept! My service adivsor Jordan is phenomenal! He is courteous, professional and goes above and beyond to provide excellent customer service! My car is running great! He makes all the difference because he knows his customers!
Helpful staff! I am always greeted as soon as I pull into the service garage, no matter what time of day and I never have to wait long to complete paperwork for service or loaner cars.
Exemplary service! Convenient to my home, and the staff will fit you in when ever you need to go in. I had an appt scheduled for a different day. I found that I had some time on 12/4 so I thought I would check to see if they could take me. They were so busy, I was sure they were going to tell me to keep my appt for the different day as they were too busy to fit me in without an appt. I was wrong, not only did they fit me in, no questions asked, but they fixed some other little items that I needed done as well.
