Sexist Salesman My daughter, 20 years old, and myself (her Mom) went to Commonwealth and were test driving a car my daughter wanted and is going to pay cash. Max, the salesperson 50 years old, was calling my daughter "baby", "sweetheart" "and "don't worry about me I have children your age"! My daughter loved the car but we were both turned off with the constant sexual comments. Very unprofessional and condensending.
horrible customer service The sales-rep I was dealing with was condescending when dealing with us. He told us that we were "crying over just a few hundred dollars." After much negotiating, we asked him for water-- he simply pointed in the direction of the water cooler. WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!! Well, it's too bad I can't give less than one star, because that is being way too generous for this dealership. First, if you read nothing else, JUST DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO ANOTHER DEALER. ANY other dealer! I have bought many cars in my lifetime, and never had as bad of an experience as we did at Commonwealth Audi. Do not deal with this organization I would not recommend Connomwealth Audi preowned to anyone. This was a first time car buying experience for my neice and it turned out to be a lesson in learning who not to deal with. I wish I had looked up reviews on the dealership prior to going there. Initial contact and first impressions were good. Commonwealth Audi No high pressure - very relaxed sales pitch. Car pretty much sells itself - but sales rep was most accommodating - went in one weekend and went back two weeks later after looking at other cars and purchased - same person and same deal....

Customer service is so, so. I tried to get in contact twice by email to sales guy to get additional info on car and he never responded - never had a problem responding before i bought the car. Car is in good shape, but had a few problems here and there, nothing you want from a "certified preowned". I wouldn't recommend this dealership just based on their sales reps inability to communicate and work the sale. I bought the car b/c i "sold myself" on it.
