South Austin Audi has lost its moral compass. I take my A8 in and spend 5,500+ dollars on the repairs that they say I need. I have a headlamp indicator light on the dash and ask them to see what is wrong, I tell them nothing seems to be out of order, the headlights and high beams seem to be working fine??? They charge me hundreds of dollars to diagnose the problem... which I paid. They take out the Drivers side headlamp assembly to test it... they want 2700 more and change to replace the headlamp... I bought my A4 in 2013. I have gone through several service people through the years. I have only once not taken my car to be serviced at Audi South. The last 2 visits I had a new service person Steve. He gouged me the first time and I was disappointed but being the idiot that I am the next visit I got Steve again and did not request someone else. One of the things I needed done was replacement of my volume knob. He told me it would cost over $1000.00 because the panel would have to be removed. I declined. My bill was 900.00... read more

Callin Appointment set up went well. Got me in the same week. They use Lyft to shuttle you which also worked great. Took me home and picked me up when the car was ready. The online report and online approval of extra work was pretty good and worked very easily. Online payment through the text was also great. Rolled up and had my car in 5 min.
