I brought my car for a cam seal after having a spark plugs changed earlier abd noticed a little oil on two of them. I thought because service loaner and warranty and being the dealer be good to bring car to Audi South Atlanta, but I was disappointed greatly. The issue of wasn't the part coverage, but how the service advisor talked to me as if I wasn't worth the time when I asked about paying the diagnostic fee. There should be an option for a negative rating. Took my 2015 **** Q5 ( less than 100k miles) Got Quoted $220 for diagnostic. Received invoice for $826 for a new Battery.. Told Q ******* svc Mgr that there seemed be electrical issue causing batteries to die. He confirmed that a NEW battery was required and it resolved issues. On picking up vehicle i questioned the charge and paid $606 I explained the battery they were replacing at a higher cost was also new (1 week old) I also paid the $18 core charge and took that battery).... read more
I took my A4 in to have diagnostic done on my radio due to it not working. The tech did nothing and said that my car had been in an accident. That was news to me and had nothing to do with my radio. Charged me 589 and recommended that I take it one of their preferred auto mechanic. I wrote a letter to the ** or manager to express my concerns and if you heard something back then I did. Nothing! I will not use this dealership again
I took my Audi Q5 to get repairs three times and more money each time, only to have the car ride properly for one day and then start back not riding accurately again. Every time they fix one thing the say its not that maybe its this, so lets try this or that, paying money in the thousands for repairs that are not being repaired! I am very displeased and disappointed not to mention deceived by this dealership. Long story short (and trust me theres a lot more but Im limited on here) I leased a what was told to me to be a NEW car only to find out right before my temporary tag is to expire that the car is technically not NEW because it was registered and titled before. This "business" sold me a lemon. I haven't even had my car for 2 months and the check engine light came on, after they turned me away and said I have to go to a different dealership. I had been noticing issues and called many times then I drove 40 minutes to be turned away. I was on the Interstate and my car slowed allllllll the way down and there's the check engine light flashing. Completely awful of you for selling me a lemon and ignoring my issues. Thank God I didn't crash or hurt anyone.

I took my Audi Q5 2022 on April 10th and was told the air compress was out. I made a appointment so I could get a loaner. I got the loaner car nothing was wrong with it. First off, let me say this dealership was very pleasant and professional.. UNTIL THEY TORE MY CAR UP!!!! I drove my car in on Tuesday 9/12 for just a basic service. No lights was on, nothing. No problems at all. Once my car was ready, I drove off and the car started jerking. There was no jerking before the service.
