I made an appointment for my Audi TTrs about 2 months ahead of time knowing it needs the 30K service check. The person on the phone said if I got there by 2:30 it would be plenty of time. I drive about an hour and half to get to Graham. When I arrived, I was told they might not have enough time to get it all done. I attempted not to react negatively, so I said ok.
