Was not a good experience going over there they just want to Rip their customers off if you want your vehicle repaired take it to someone else made an appointment for service and they didn't tell me that they didn't have the parts and charger me for nothing
Mark and the Volkswagen person was on top of everything! He’s very good but you need more help. I’m usually in and out in less than an hour. It was almost 2 hours for only an oil change. Someone needs to answer the phone. Your administrative changes are being noticed and not in a good way.
Best experience of all dealership. Mark is really good with what he is doing.
