This review is specifically about LAUREN. I was test driving a q7 from another dealer and took it here to see if they could give a quick look. I was greeted by Lauren who was extremely sweet and helpful. Although they weren't able to look at it she went out of her way to give helpful advice and help me speak with a service member about potential maintenance cost. She was very personable and helpful despite not being a customer.
Great car purchasing experience with Valerie. She was a delight to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting for our money. She sent videos and photographs to assure us that the car was near perfect. The purchase process set up by Audi of Shawnee Mission was quick and easy. We live in St. Louis and would not hesitate for a minute to drive that 220 miles for another car that Valerie stood behind.
During our road trip across America, we experienced a tire failure on our truck. As luck would have it, the freeway exit we took happened to be at the location of Audi Shawnee Mission, Merriam, Kansas. On this busy Saturday morning of Labor Day weekend, Elliot took care of expediting our issue, and we were on our way.
