Transparent, fair, and direct. Dealership is immaculate, and was given ample time to test and get to know S7 before I purchased. Decent value on trade ins, even non-Audis. Lauren was a great sales woman and did everything she could to make sure I got out of there the same day with the car I wanted. Highly recommend dealership, lives up to Audi brand.

I ordered parts for my A6 from Darrin and team at Audi Shawnee Mission with the intent of picking them up as the dealer is quite near me. I unfortunately had a health issue occur which delayed my ability to pick them up. Before I could ask to have them shipped to me because of this, Darrin and team already had them in UPS hands on the way to me. Now…that is service!!! I bought this A6 there and have always been treated incredibly well by all departments. Very highly recommended.
Lots to unpack. Waited a month to have three tires put on my car. Was given a courtesy car that was almost out of gas and wasn't told I was responsible for putting gas in it (had me sign something on a phone outside in the cold that I was able to read later). Asked if it was ok to keep the car overnight (which was fine) but then got a video emailed to me with more issues the next morning but never a follow up communication with an estimate.
