I booked a 10 AM appointment to have my winter tires changed to summer tires. I confirmed twice with the front desk ahead of time that the total cost would be $99.99 + tax for the tire change, plus the cost of regular bolts ($15 each for 4 bolts, totaling $60) since I had lost the wheel lock key — a clear and reasonable price.
