I've always had a good experience with this service center. I worked with Ralph Perez with my windshield replacement. He's a solid guy. Honest, helpful and trustworthy. It's never fun to have to pay for a windshield replacement, but these guys did a great job.
Diana Perez was my service advisor, super freindly and very professional. Took her time to discuss my issue with my car and make sure I totally understood what was happeneing, and was excellent at keeping me informed while my car was being worked on
I had an amazing experience at this facility all because Alexis Torre. She was super-friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to help me out even though I arrived without an appointment. She answered all of my questions and never tried to pressure me into getting any extra services that weren't necessary. I'd come back and trust this location. Thank you Alexis!
We brought our Audi SQ5 in for a software update. As always, Ralph Perez in the service department, as well as everyone else there, provided great customer service, and a loaner car for our convenience.
Every time that I go to the Audi dealership Im greeted with friendly staff members. This time Titan Hsieh helped me on the service side and was able to fully explain what my car needed ans listened to my concerns.
