I set up an appointment with Service Advisor Ralph Perez to get my 2005 Audi Avant aligned and to address the check engine light, causing it not to pass smog. I was quoted $279.95 for the alignment and $288.35 to diagnose the check engine light issue. I received a text from Audi Ontario with a preliminary check of the vehicle along with a video from Jesus the Certified Technician overseeing my car. Ralph Perez always goes the extra mile for me. He makes me feel like I’m valued and he pays attention to my needs. I hope he works for Audi for as long as I own my car!!! The prices are higher than I would like to pay but I know I’m getting the best!
