This was my first time taking my Audi in for service; Dani Paiz was very professional and friendly. She explained the process and kept me informed.
Economy experience. No complementary loaners, or pickup and drop off service, and a 3% fee for paying on credit. You get the same experience at a liquor store. This is an Audi dealer, not Toyota or Honda. You sell premium vehicles, you need to wake up and offer premium services. Compared with my BMW dealer that even for same day oil changes provides me a loaner vehicle and no credit card fee (Newport BMW).
