I took my car to Audi Ontario for a misfire in cylinders 1 and 2. They kept it one day, cleared the code, charged me a diagnostic fee, and said it was likely bad gas or debris. I was told the issue was resolved and that if the check engine light came back within 3 months, I could return without paying another diagnostic fee. A week later, the same issue returned. All of the service agents are awesome but my favorite is Diana Perez, she is so personable and always find ways to save money. We own 2 Audi’s and have both serviced in Ontario. Thanks Audi Ontario for making life a lot easier and I feel safe while driving.
I took my Q5 in for feature malfunction messages. This was a daily occurrence. Alexis Torre was very professional and stayed in communication with me about the status of my car. I had a loaner for a week, but my car was ready as promised. This was all covered under warranty.
