I have to say, car salesman are my least favorite people to deal with. It's always harder as a woman to buy a car, because we are treated as though we do not know anything about cars. With that being said Michael listened to everything I had to say, answered all my questions and was NEVER pushy for a sale. Very attentive and helpful to the customer
Issac was always timely and courteous with his communications. Unfortunately my final offer was rejected . That said, I was unclear concerning the Q5 new launch which is 2018 as opposed to the 2107 model year.
Isaac responded quickly to my email and provided terrific service.
