I had Edwin as my service advisor and he was refreshingly easy to work with and direct. No upselling or random BS, just straight business. I brought my car in for recalls, he told me what theyre gonna do, gave me a timeline and arranged a loaner all within 10 mins. He was planning to give me a Q5 for a day, something came up, and instead of making me wait while he sorted things out, he just gave me the keys to a Q7 and set me on my way. A great guy all around, makes me more likely to come back in the future.
