This is one of the worst Audi dealerships I have ever dealt with, this is not the first time that they try to screw me over, first time with a 2014 Rs5 because of brake problems which they knew they were defective from the factory, and then again with the same car replacing the windshield they broke all the wipers mechanism and put a huge dent on the hood of the car, and then with a 2018 Q7 with tire problems also know to be defective from the factory and they only wanted to be responsible for 2 tires lol, and again I took t... read more

My experience with sales was just amazing ; my deal was done in less than 1 hour and the software they have for Finance is very modern and user friendly; Octavio Rivas was awesome; when it comes to service the staff is very professional and attentive.
