I have always received exceptional service at Audi of Rochester Hills. They are attentive, are able to diagnose all issues and able to address/fix them and give fair pricing as opposed to the other dealerships. This is why I drive 30 min away for their expertise. My service agent, Dani Namou, is wonderful, communicates well and doesn’t try to upcharge. I am very satisfied.
Seriously, avoid this place at all cost. I've had a certified Audi q5 premium plus with less than 30k miles on it so everything SHOULD be covered under warranty. HOWEVER, they will make you fight tooth and nail for any service. Before I start this rant let me say, I love my car I HATE this dealership.
