It's an Audi dealership so it's not cheap but the service staff are incredibly helpful, the work they do is top notch, they still take the time and effort to clean your car after a service and have a host of modern tools so you can communicate via text, web or phone when dealing with service issues. It's everything I would expect, well delivered, wonderfully efficient and impeccably polite. You'll pay for quality but in my estimation, it's worth the price.
Susan did an excellent job selling a used 2025 Q7 to us. Here are a few of the things she did right: - Focused on my wife - Agreed to help her understand how to use and set up and car in a future meeting - Gave her a bottle of wine :-) I wanted to get her a GLS 450. I'm sure that Susan is the main reason she chose a Q7.
