Every occasion that I have interacted with the staff at Audi Rochester Hills has been delightful . However, my last visit to the dealership was exceptional. I was having issues with programming CarPlay, setting up the Audi app and my garage door remote. Ron Rabillas, once again, was outstanding, PATIENT and walked me through the setup. I was having trouble with the electronics on my car. I dropped into the dealership without an appointment, and Ron Rabillas went the extra mile. He made sure that I understood how to pair my phone to the car, and explained everything to me. He was extremely patient, and didn’t get frustrated at all. He went above and beyond. While I decided to take another route with a Porsche, all I can say is they truly care and are such a joy to get assistance by. Highly recommend these two!
Worked with Mike Tomeica on purchasing a used Q5 and it went very smoothly and it was pretty easy. He even delivered the car to my house!! That’s what i call good customer service! Highly recommend working with Mike if your buying any new or used vehicle from this dealership.
