I have been a loyal customer with Audi over 10 years. I live by Audi and Audi is the only car I will drive. With that being said I have to acknowledge the phenomenal service I received from Dani Naomi at the Rochester location. Dani went over and beyond to ensure I received exceptional service. His diligence to my matter supersedes his title and his role. Dani displayed great customer service and customer satisfaction. Great attitude and professionalism and I am honored to know I have someone I can trust.

Leased an Audi S5 (2023) from this dealership and worked with a sales representative named Brian. This was by far the worst lease experience I’ve ever had. The car had constant software issues — Apple CarPlay would repeatedly stop working, the MMI system would reset on its own, and the screen would go completely black multiple times.
