The salesman, Bill Call, was rude and condescending. I was on their lot and he approached me and didn’t even say hello. He just kept staring at me. I waved at him and talked to him for a minute and he asked me what I currently drive. I told him I drive a Acura. He said “I’m not sure you own an Acura.” I wasn’t sure why he said that. Awful dealer. The service dept is the worst. I can’t believe Craig Mikullitz is the manager of the service dept. My fiance owns a A4 and he expressed concerns to Craig that his brakes may be failing. Craig bursts out laughing! When my boyfriend asked him why he is laughing, craig said “I just imagined someone losing control because their brakes on the highway“. WHAT?! Told me I needed a $750 water pump. Flow Audi confirmed that there was nothing wrong with my water pump. Couldn't get a call back from Duncan. Don't trust these people.
I hate taking my car any where else to be worked on.
Had a tire pressure alarm. I talked to the service department and got a drive in check. The pressure was reading OK but I was reluctant to just reset. Craig checked it and reset the sensor. All was well. Prompt service was much appreciated! We have always had good service! I own an A6 and Q5.
Calling in to set up an appointment was horrible! Both my husband and I left many messages for a callback but never got it. Finally, he had to call a direct number. Service itself was good, considering it was just an airbag recall and purchase of parts.
One of the dealerships I have taken my vehicle for service. When will you guys bring the Porsche dealership to Roanoke?
