Your service department is awful, and you rip people off! My son had to take his car there due to his thermostat not working. He has an extended warranty that he purchased with the car (from a different car dealership). The warranty covered the thermostat and labor but then the service department claimed they broke a part while taking it apart to fix the thermostat and are charging my son for the part. 2009 Audi was stolen had my key fob token brought a new key from the store off 394 Audi paid $400 bucks came back to pick up keys but they never put in my order so I waited another 2 week finally got the keys went to Richfield to have them programme key that stated they couldn’t because truck set to long without battery charge and it would be $3500 for new computer.which still might be the problem to fix.Not to mention I had to wait another week until the technician got back from a family funeral.SO 4 weeks go by until I ref... read more
So disappointed, sold me a car with a rebuilt engine, 6 miles later leaking, wouldn’t do Anything or take the lemon back. Then there customer service was what I wouldn’t expect.

This is for the service department ONLY. I was told that the leak would be repaired once the vehicle was purchased and it would be covered under the TDI extended warranty. The vehicle was picked up by me on 11/28/2022 at 4:15pm after the repairs were made and drove the 24 miles home and parked it. The next morning, after starting, it sounded like it was low on oil and was LOUD. Pulled out of the garage and it was not sounding good, backed it back in the garage. I have wanted an Audi for a long time. In May 2019, I purchased a used Q5 (not from this dealership) and was in love. I did bring it to the dealership to get some insight on the vehicle prior to purchasing it and was not made aware of any issues with the year, make and model. That love relationship started to fade after owning it for a week. That was the first time we had an issue when the oil light came on. It is clear that the customer is having remorse over the fact that their used 2010 with 115,000 miles is in need of repairs. Unfoutnetly this anger seems to be directed at us for simply telling her what the vehicle needs. That is all we did is properly diagnose the issue. From what we have gathered, the customer purchased the vehicle used from an independent sales lot and took the vehicle to two different repair shops in an attempt to repair an issue.
