Highly recommend! Frank helped out when I had an unexpected issue with the car, got me in and out faster than I could believe. From the buying process with Alex to my third service, the customer service has always been above and beyond.
WORST experience. Took my car in to have the door locks diagnosed. My valet key would open the door but the alarm would not turn off and the car wouldn’t start. Due to the alarm being on even with the door unlocked it killed my battery. Tech calls me to say my battery is dead and that i need to pay to have that replaced before they can further diagnose. Battery wasn’t the issue in the first place. Then tried to say i need other work done that had NOTHING to do with why my alarm wouldn’t disengage. $300 for a battery? $1900 f... read more
