I made an appointment via their website (Audi Pittsburgh) to buy and install tires on my Q7 for a trip I'm going to take. I show up for my appointment with the confirmation email in hand, which read "Thank you for shopping with AUDI PITTSBURGH. Here are the order and appointment details. Simply bring your vehicle to our service department at your appointment time." Did I get my service done? No. Was I even in their service system?
