shame on them the one do disrespect customer Very disappointing experience with this Audi dealership. I felt the sales and finance departments were more focused on making a deal than respecting the customer or finding a fair solution. There are many cars sitting on the lot, yet there seemed to be little effort to work with customers. The finance department especially needs better communication and customer service. After this experience, I have serious concerns about trusting this dealership and would not recommend it.

Very Disappointed With the Finance Department I recently went to this dealership because I was interested in purchasing an SUV, but unfortunately, my experience with the finance department was very disappointing. The biggest issue was the financing. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service. The staff in the customer service and finance departments were extremely disrespectful and did not know how to communicate properly with customers. I went there with my family, and the way we were treated was unacceptable. Some employees acted as if they owned the dealership and had the right to judge customers based on appearances.
