We traveled all the way from ********** to purchase a used ******** CLS450. The price listed for the car was acceptable and fair so we offered to pay asking price after our test drive. The sales manager came out and told us that their dealership has mandatory charges for that car and added about $6000 for paint protection (ceramic coating) and some kind of damage protection plan! Terrible experience. Salesman ***************** and his manager ********************* both both lied and misrepresented. **** lower the price (by $1200) and then added ($1400) saying that we add Master Shield on all cars. ***** said that the car is detailed, but it was not. I would rather see that THEY say "no" instead of misrepresent and cheat. SHADY!!!!!!!! I’ve been trying to write this review for months, but I become so angry I can’t complete my review! Shadiest of the shady dealerships out there! Here are the basics of my experience buying a used vehicle: They falsified the AutoCheck report and hid the pages that disclosed two accidents on the record! l traded a 2018 Jaguar for a 2019 Jaguar at Audi Palo Alto in May. Their customer service, after you buy a car, is non-existent. They do not return emails or phone calls. Beware. Audi Palo Alto put 40! miles on my R8 during a simple oil change and brake check. Also the traction control was turned off when I got the car back. The Service Manager had no excuses when I addressed this concern. Their techs joyride. Unacceptable and unprofessional. You have been warned..
