If I could I would leave Zero stars I recently purchased a 2025 Audi Q7 CPO with fewer than 4,000 miles. One reason I chose Audi over BMW was its reputation for customer service. Appreciated the opportunity of reviewing my new Q5 options with Akeem White today who was patient, thorough and an absolutely wealth of knowledge regarding the navigation and features of my new vehicle. He is a real asset to the dealership and a real pleasure to work with.
Wasted an hour of my time when I had this dealership give me an offer to buy my wife’s Audi Q3 that had miles and in excellent condition inside and out. This car was originally purchased here. After waiting forever I was finally given a written offer of 10K even! Couple days later took it to Carvana just up the road from Audi and sold the Q3 for 14,600$. I will never do business with Audi of south Austin not only because of the low ball offer but because of their attitude!!
Since I’ve purchased my Audi I have experienced persistent and recurring failures with the Audi MMI system that have never been permanently resolved. Despite numerous visits to this dealership, repeated repair attempts, and multiple escalations, the core issue remains unresolved nearly five years later. I'm having a recurring electronic error with my 2023 A4. Some days the system beeps loudly every 12 seconds on a continuous basis to warn me of the error. I've been to the service department twice without fixing the problem. The last service attempt resulted in a diagnosis of a failed sensor which was supposed to take 7-10 days to arrive. I am warning potential car buyers to avoid this dealership , they will 100% try and rip you off , they are unprofessional and deceitful . I am an experienced car buyer and not unfamiliar with the tricks and games that dealerships will try and pull but these people are on an entirely different level . They added $2,000 in fees for items I clearly had rejected and refused to remove them . sold me a used car & the next day during a cold start it starts making this clacking/grinding noise, found out it was cvvt timing gear exhaust side, they had to have heard it when cold starting, after it warmed up a few seconds it stopped making the noise, come to find out its a $1400 repair, i contacted them & they told me basically phuck off, as is, so their shysters, crooks, rip off artists, dont buy anything/use their repair service, dishonest scum......
I was very comfortable buying a vehicle from them, but once I got home and brought it to my mechanic, found out that oil was suspiciously dirty. Seem they did not change it as promised. They did not put bolt caps back when they changed rear tire either. License plate holder was missing plastic insert for the screw holding it. It had only 2 out of 4 screwes. Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Purchased a 2024 Q5 hybrid. After delivery noticed the rear shade was broken and a section of the back seat cut. Not sure how they managed that, but the worst part is the dealership did not report the sale to the IRS, so I was unable to take the $3750 tax credit. There are plenty of other Audi dealerships nearby so do yourself a favor and avoid this outfit like the plague.
