International ********** is a straight ripe of off. I paid $3000 for my supercharge to be sealed and after picking up my car on Saturday the engine light came back on and they refused to allow me to return my car the same day. I took the car back to them on Monday and while driving the car the engine was overheating and the 4th of July was going on with my dash. Excellent Service~ Audi of Tinley Park is a world-class establishment. They are conveniently located on 159th where all the other car dealers are. The only problem is that the lot is small and cramped, but so are the rest of the dealers along 159th, so they don't lack in what they offer. The cars are displayed in an impeccable manner- very clean and only the best. Had my car there for 4 weeks when I got it back I found out that they used wrong coolant when I got back there that said that was a dye in it and they wont flush my system because they think its fine .Audi takes G13 coolant type and one that they use to fill is green STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE

I brought ********************** Audi 2018 Q3 back to Audi Orland Park to inspect the unusual noise I was hearing when driving. The technician stated that the noise was a result of uneven tire threads. All four tires were replaced but the noise persisted and was louder. I returned the vehicle to Audi Orland Park and the technician later stated that the noise was coming from the engine and it was standard in this model vehicle. I took my Audi to Audi of Orland Park to have the check engine light and low idle issue checked-out in December of 2012 and was told a broken check valve was the problem which I had repaired. Then the beginning of March not even three months later I started having the same problems. Again, I was told that multiple codes were found but was advised that the sparks plugs is likely the problem and recommended I change the spark plugs and have the fuel injectors serviced which would cost somewhere between $600-$700, but here's th... read more
