My husband and I have been getting our car serviced for a few years here. Jenna as well as the other service team have always been very accommodating, and go out of the way to help you! Kevin at the service department was very friendly and insightful. He was able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car and get me back on the road within an hour.
Great service and hospitality ,and a variety of cars so hard to choose from , but either car you choose you will be excited to drive ..
I feel at the very least I need my truck restored to the condition it was when I brought it there to Audi of Huntington and I, at the very minimum, deserve my diagnostic charge refunded. The oil change/service that seems to have not happened would be nice to have refunded as well. I did get my MMI system fixed elsewhere quickly and easily. It was not according to the diagnosis from Audi, AND it for for more than $1,000 less than Audi's quote.
