We were very loyal customers of Audi for about 20 years. Recently, they lost a lot and have a bad management team. Bad in auto service, horrible in customer service and started to make cars in China. We had issues with our cars, dealers and service providers - we brought these issues to the attention of the highest person in Audi North America, but did not receive a solution, only excuses.
