I had a terrible experience with this dealer. I called ahead and was given an estimate for a service after towing my car there. However, Joe gave me a completely different price and claimed he never agreed to the initial quote. I gave him the green light and told him, "Since you have me here, I'll agree to your conditions, but I'll leave a review about my experience as a customer." We worked with Ryan. I got a Q8, and I wanted a beige interior, which is rare. Ryan went above and beyond to get my vehicle delivered as early as possible from a different dealership. Very satisfied with his job! Also, everyone was so nice and friendly at this dealership. I liked this place.
