Wife went in to get an oil cap and they charged her 46 dollars. They saw a woman by herself and decided to take advantage of it
Absolutely Five Star. Great location, beautiful dealership, convenient lounge if you want to wait during your appointment. The lounge offers coffer and snacks while you wait. And beyond all, Exceptional Service. Especially Vanesa Erwin. Thank you!
Ted in the parts department went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of after being misinformed multiple times about what I needed and the estimated time of when everything would be ready. He did an excellent job with his customer service. Very frustrating but he made sure I did not waste my time in going. In reality a 5 star is not deserved as it rates the entire team but let’s just say he saved it.
